Before joining the firm, Zach worked at Miller Korzenik Sommers Rayman LLP in New York, gaining experience in a range of media law defense matters.

Zach earned his LL.M. in French, European and International Business Law from the École de droit de la Sorbonne in Paris, and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. There, he lectured on transnational data privacy issues and pursued independent research mapping violent extremism online for journalists and bloggers. Prior to law school, he studied philosophy and French literature at Tulane University.

Zach is admitted to practice in New York State courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
