Flore Brunetti
Flore is an entertainment law attorney with dual membership in the New York and Paris bars. She advises clients across the entertainment industry on transactional matters, with a focus on copyright and related rights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, and new technologies issues. She has significant experience in the negotiation and drafting of agreements pertaining to the development, production, and distribution of audiovisual works.
A French native, Flore completed her legal studies in Paris before obtaining an LLM in Competition, Innovation, and Information Law from NYU School of Law. Prior to joining Klaris, Flore was an associate at Crossen & Borowsky AARPI in Paris, where she advised producers and distributors through each step of the development and production of feature films and series in international settings. Flore’s proficiency in navigating cross-border matters and her passion for the entertainment industry led her to relocate to New York, where she further developed her practice at Bressler Law PLLC, focusing on copyright, trademark, and media law in both transactional and litigation contexts.
Flore is a member of the Motion Pictures Committee (New York State Bar Association), Digital Entertainment, Television and Radio Committee (New York State Bar Association), Entertainment Law Committee (New York City Bar Association) and European Affairs Committee (New York City Bar Association).
